We it is definitely something with the annotations. If you turn off that level your print preview should work. I erased all of the blocks of text and started to turn each block back on until I got to the annotation at #14. I can't read it since it is in a different language. When that text was brought back the preview failed. I replaced all text except that piece at #14 and it failed again. I don't know how to fix it other than delete the text and replace it. Other than that it seems to be fine.
