What controls the Rotate View Dynamic Icon color. Mine is solid black and my background color is also often black so the icon doe not show up well. Looks OK if on white or other color but difficult with black witch I normally use. Cannot get a screen shot of that icon. This is specifically in Windows 7 with MicroStation V8i Select Series 3. SS2 the icon is a white 3D looking four way pointer.
