There are few tutorial problems in the Help > Content > Getting Started and Tutorials section. The step by step procedure to model a structure, applying loads, analyze it and check the results- all are described there. You can go through the section to learn the basics. Also if you want to know in detail about any topics, you can just search for the same in the Technical Reference Manual.
