Forum Post: Out of the Box - Door

Placing my first doors "Out of the Box"

The LEFT View is the Drawing View

The RIGHT View is the Model View

A Couple items.

The door when plotted is flat without any weight and undreadable

I opened the door and they have no parts attached

1.  Is the intent of the deliverable to copy and create each type of door we care going to use?

2.  Or are there some typical setups

3.  Do I need to create one for each type of finish for a final rendering or is there another way.

4.  Maybe some has done a set up that uses P1, P2, P3 for example and then each project can have its own color P1, P2, P3????  Never done this so not fully thought out.

SECOND:

The Right drawing is unreadable with the dark colors and lt weight and the DV also shows up with all the DV in wt 0.

When I create all my own parts which takes a great deal of time, my model is more easily read on the screen and the DV views look like what I am trying to put on paper.

So - am I supposed to be using a pen table to plot OR

Am I supposed to create all new parts and paz files that will look like need to be?
