Beside the differences between 32 and 64 bit drivers, you should even take in account that you have to position the Access mdb's in an directory where a 'normal' user has write access. This does (by default)  no longer work for any subdir of c:\program files or c:\program files (x86) so you should choose something like "c:\programdata\mycompany" as starting point for local stored files.
