Bentley Map Entreprise SELECTSeries 3 is containing Bentley Descartes SELECTSeries 3, which features the Scalable Terrain Model functionality.

So one option would be to create a STM (i.e. : Scalable Terrain Model) from your DEM rasters and activate the STM contouring display.
