Really? SS3 Help>Microstation>What's New shows great volume of changes, version to version, starting with V8i, V8i SS1, SS2 (small), SS3 (massive); however in SS4 Help>Microstation>What's New only adds SS3 Update 1, nothing for SS4. So maybe you're right.
