I have checked the design calculation of member 2 and 5. The ratio is calculated properly. The permissible stress for compression (σ_ac) is calculated as per cl. 5.1.1 and it is reported in the output as FA (102.7 N/mm²). The actual stress is reported under fa (= P/A = 59340/510= 116.3 N/mm²). If you calculate the ratio for compression (= fa/FA= 116.3/102.7), you can find that the same value is reported in STAAD.
