Can this be reproduced in standalone MicroStation, or onlu in ABD?
Are you using a custom workspace, if so, can you test the workflow in the default delivered workspace?
Is this in any file on any machine, or is there a specific environment that this is occuring in?
At what poitn did you notice this workflow, with an upgrade to a newer version or with a different dataset?
