I believe not. If we use rasterized we've lost the meaning and the option to use technical drawings with one or more objects to be a 3d pdf output.
Unfortunately in this case that the beautiful thing we could do a technical drawing and one of the perspectives is plot to 3d so we can rotate only that piece in acrobat.
