See those annotations in the image. They were sitting over the urinals. I just picked them up and placed above with the move tool. You can also set an offset distance in Drawing Composition > Set Reference Presentation. > Architectural Tab. Should the Item ID need to be changed the link is still maintained. There are some config vars associated with Updating, Moving, etc labels. I will dig them out. (Note labels have a second shape with opaque fill colour set to BG to block background symbology)
