I totally agree with Marc, teach them to leave pop set green ie turned on, show them to leave a dialog box for a tool in a favourite spot on the screen and tell then dont move it but click the x corner to close the tool not the pop set.. once I taught all my users to do this they loved it and they never turned off the pop set again because they understand it helps to find the dialog boxes... instead of moving them around but it helps with twin screens not needing to move them around.. maybe single screen this might be a problem but again training is the best thing.. I publish monthly updates and tips and tricks to my users at work and welcome requests for improvements from them ie macros, tools etc...
