Reason It seems that nothing is pasted into the Windows clipboard. Steps to Resolve MicroStation Temp folder is missing or the Windows user does not have permissions to write/modify/read in it. Check where MS_TMP points to and if that location does not exist, create the folder. This allows MicroStation to create a clipboard.dgn file, which is a that is created when copying anything from MicroStation to the clipboard. If the user does have a temp folder check and see if the clipboard.dgn file is present.
