This is what you need to do.
1. Run STAAD.Pro and Open an input file.
2. From the Tools menu, run Configure User Tools ( this option is missing in the current 20.07.09.31 but will be reinstated in the next release )
3. A “Customize User Define Tools” dialog-box will pop-up
4. In the Menu-Items, add a name of the Tool, and in the Command, locate the Tool (VBS Macro) using the browser. Click OK to confirm.
5. Now the Tool name will appear in the “Tools” menu – “User Tools” and you will also be able to access the same through the icon you referred to, in the Tool-bar.
6. To Run the Tool (Macro), click on the Tool name in any of the places as described in 5.
